Textbooks will be refunded in full prior to the following deadlines providing the book is in mint condition* and accompanied by the original sales receipt and proof of course drop if applicable.
The Manager reserves the right to determine the condition of merchandise.
- FALL & FULL Year Courses:
No returns after September 20th. October 31st if the class is dropped. - SPRING Courses:
No returns after January 20th. February 28th if the class is dropped. - INTERSESSION AND SUMMER Courses:
3 days from purchase date or 7 days from date course dropped. - BMBA Fast-Track course materials and opened shrink-wrapped Coursepacks are non-returnable.
* Mint condition means no highlighting or writing of any kind in the book, no scratched covers, bent corners or cracked spines. Very strict? You're right! Publishers will not take books back even with the slightest damage.
